Trissential is currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst to help build out content around Data Governance to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN (Remote).
- Implement and manage Data Governance initiatives, focusing on Microsoft Purview for data stewardship, cataloging, and integration.
- Lead the transition and automation of Data Governance processes, especially in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners like Trissential to enhance Data Governance strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports on Data Governance.
- Uphold data quality, security, and compliance across various platforms.
- Guide data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
- Engage in planning and execution within the Data Governance Office.
- Adapt to new Data Governance tools and processes and ensure continuous learning.
- Train end-users and team members on new systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Governance, with a strong focus on Microsoft Purview and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Data Governance tools such as Informatica, Data Stage, Talend, Collibra, and particularly Profisee.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is a plus.
- Agile mindset with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
