DSSI is hiring Customer Support/ Data Entry specialists to work with a social services company in the Escondido area.
This role focuses on helping individuals address any barriers they are facing by navigating them through their benefits and resources.
Details:
- Full time hours
- 6 week contract position
- $25/Hr
- Day, Evening, and Weekend availability
Duties:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Must Haves
- Flexible work schedule (Late start and weekends)
- Bilingual a plus
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
