Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Duties:
- Enter data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as requested
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
- Creating asset attributes
- Working with planning department on asset entry into Oracle system
- Working with maintenance team on generating spares and providing justifications and working with vendors to obtain lead times and quotes
- Working with maintenance team on validating appropriate warehouse materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related clerical work
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Mechanical background and familiarity with rotating equipment preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
