What´s the role…
As a General Engagement Support- Data Entry Specialist, you will work collecting and producing data, conducting research and preparing reports for the assigned department. You will play a vital role in maintaining and updating the database with precision and attention to detail ensuring the data quality produced. This is a full time and temporary position.
How you will add value…
- Collecting and transferring data from physical forms or documents into digital formats.
- Organizing physical records into categories or classifications based on their content, function, or purpose.
- Filing and sorting physical records according to established systems or organizational guidelines.
- Communicating with team members or supervisors regarding any issues, questions, or discrepancies related to physical records.
- Verifying and correcting data as needed to ensure high quality and error-free information.
- Generating reports, retrieving information, and assisting in data analysis when required.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Effectively manage the Data Entry process to meet the required timeline.
What you need…
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a related role is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Be extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
