Roles & Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist with the cleanup and organization of permit related information within the AZURITE system. Candidate must be proficient in Data Entry, Microsoft excel, adobe Acrobat PDF, general microsoft office related tools and functions.
- Additionally, the candidate must be detail oriented, have keen problem solving skills, focus and communication skills.
- The candidate will be required to read thru LTF permits, identify place and permit related information, extract information, organize, clean and sort the data, and finally input the data back into the source of record.
- And the ideal candidate will be familiar and have demonstrable skills in excel and Microsoft word.
- Nice to have from the candidate includes excel skills such as lookups, advanced formulas, macros and mail merges.
- Finally, the candidate should have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
