The Data Entry QA specialist manages and executes the quality review process for all customer-submitted purchase orders. This role involves coordinating with the Soho Studio customer service team, and the order processing supervisor.

Responsibilities

Order Verification

• Review customer purchase orders for conflicting information; size, description/sku, quantity, etc

• Compare customer purchase orders to data entered into the system

• Communicate errors/discrepancies via established workflows on a consistent basis

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in using order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work collaboratively
