Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

DT Professional Services is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Wilmington, MI! The successful candidate has strong verbal communication and listening skills, proficient in English written and verbal communication skills, assumes personal responsibility for actions, possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, possesses strong technical aptitude including the ability to master multiple windows simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data such as name, address, vehicle, and driver information from physical (some with checks attached) and pdf copies of applications into our policy system
• Use Ricoh copy machines to scan in physical applications and change forms to pdf’s for distribution
• Use Ricoh copy machines to scan already processed coverage forms and attach them to the appropriate policy in our policy system
• Report validation matching incoming applications to a policy system report for incoming payments
• Performs Data Entry duties, transferring data from Excel spreadsheets to our internal auto insurance policy system
• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook for email communication, Excel to navigate spreadsheet for data that will be transferred and Word to review instructions or capture notes pertinent to the duties

• Minimum 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Good command of English both oral and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work 7:00am to 3:30pm EST

The compensation for this position: $20 - $22 an hour.
