Data Entry Operator - Remote/Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our computer systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data. Additionally, you will be required to verify and correct any discrepancies in the data and report any issues to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as necessary
• Import and export data from various sources
• Maintain electronic and physical records ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval
• Track and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the development and implementation of Data Entry procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with Data Entry software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
