ABB OPTICAL GROUP, one of the nation’s leading distributors of optical products, is continuing to grow and hiring team oriented, career minded individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment as one of our Data Entry Associates. We are currently hiring for our 1:30pm to 10:00pm shift, with weekends off, starting at $15.50/hour+ $2.00 shift differential! This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits.

As aData Entry Associate, we will train you to:

· Input lists, records and other data into Absolution software program.

· Coordinates correspondence of orders, invoices and records to ensure accuracy in prescription billing.

· Communicate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate production.

· Process invoicing and credits as required for customers.

· Effectively troubleshoot and provide resolution support customer service issues in a timely fashion.

· Work safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment.

· Cross train in additional areas around the lab.

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be eligible for:

· Pay starting at $15.50/hour with potential increases after 90 days.

· 3 weeks of paid time off per year, which increases as you grow with ABB.

To become a Data Entry Associate, you will need to:

· Be a team player with a positive attitude who strives to perform at your best daily.

· Have attention to detail, accuracy, repetition, and fine motor skills.

· Be able to sit for most of your shift and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift.

· Have the ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.

Shift details:

Monday – Friday working 1:30pm - 10:00pm starting at $15.50/hour +$2.00 shift differential with overtime potentially available.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $15.50 minimum, up to $17.50

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
