DATA ENTRY / DOCUMENT IMAGING SPECIALIST (2nd shift)
***DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK****
Location: 1 Archives Drive Spanish Lake
Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $16.20/hr + .50 shift differential +Insurance/Benefits
SCA wage of 4.57/hr if Insurance/Benefits are declined

Job Responsibilities:
- Prep, sort, and scan hard copy files to electronic images
- Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing
- Complete internal documentation and tracking
- Maintain a clean work environment
Work Requirements:
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be able to push/pull 50 to 100 pounds
- Must be able to type 30 to 50 words per minute
- Train on imaging process for high-capacity scanning
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Remove staples and sort, file, and box records
- Reassemble and sequence documents after scanning
- Understand and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
- Accepting of change and long durations of project assignments
