Position Summary
Report Coordinators will perform necessary functions for generating, collection and collating, completing, posting and electronic/paper filing of final testing and certification reports to Customers. All reports are considered auditable and viewable to government inspectors and Customer regulatory auditors, making attention to detail critical in all aspects of this position. Individual needs to be reliable and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an onsite based position. To support and service our customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following areas: Greater Boston
Duties

  • Creates new Computer Aided Design reports. (15%)
  • Generates new blanked out raw data reports and maintenance of raw data reports. (10%)
  • Updates client and company excel spreadsheets and Word documents. (10%)
  • Inputs Data Entry for existing CAD reports. Transposition accuracy of data from raw data sheets to final report is critical. (10%)
  • Creates, scans, moves, or modifies reports into an Adobe Acrobat format for electronic file data storage. (10%)
  • Maintains report electronic tracking eLogbook. (10%)
  • Ensures all reports have appropriate Quality Assurance, technical staff signatures, calibration certificates, certificates of compliance, Standard Operating Procedures, cover letters, and spreadsheets prior to sending reports to client. (10%)
  • Creates file directory systems for multiple versions of electronic reports in format desired by Customer request. (5%)
  • Notifies Quality Assurance or technical staff of reviewed reports which are overdue. (5%)
  • Ensures all reports were submitted by field staff as compared to technician work orders. (5%)
  • Copies and assembles final report packages for Customer submittals. (5%)
  • Files and stores raw data and final reports in report archive system. (5%)

Education Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience
  • 4 years advanced work and experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Outlook with high school diploma OR
  • 2 years experience with Associates Degree in Computer Science
  • Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience
  • AutoCAD intermediate or advanced

Skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and transfer is critical.
  • Individual needs to be self-motivating.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required in dealing with technical field staff, Customers, and Quality Assurance Department.
  • Must be able to work within tight time constraints when demanded by Customer needs.
  • Provide self and group improvement feedback to aid in streamlining processes, increase efficiency, reduce overhead, improve product quality.
  • Must be capable of handling large volumes of report data using exceptional organizational skills
