In this temporary-to-hire Data Entry Coordinator role, you will have clear goals and daily assignments. Data Entry Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Entering data on drivers into operating system
- Maintain paper files for Safety Department
- Answering phones and collecting incident and crash data into system
- Process inspections and submit for payment
- Provide safety support to drivers
- Coordinate and process owner operator contracts with Safety Director
You will be successful in this role if you have high attention to detail and are eager to grow in a new role!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Data Entry Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS OneNote preferred
- Prior SAP module experience preferred
- Claims experience a bonus
- Ability to work independently
Pay: $20-$22/hr
