We have an exciting opportunity to join our exclusive team as an Administrative Assistant and work with a team of top-tier professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry of inventory received and/or released and its location
Office Admin/ Front desk
Support/Customer service via phone & email
Billing assistance
Supports all inventory control processes & documentation
Filing, copying and scanning
Ordering of supplies and materials
Enters complete & accurate data regarding inventory & damages
Supports the Inventory Supervisor in providing accurate & complete information for managing client communication
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
