Job Summary
A Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry Specialist, is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases. Their duties include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly.
Job Duties
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct Data Entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Provide general Data Entry support across various teams on an as needed basis
- Support project in keeping tracking systems up to date and accurate for project reporting
Accountabilities
- High quality Data Entry.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year in office or onsite data or clerk work
- Ability to work 40 hours a week within the hours of 8 AM- 5 PM, Monday through Friday
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for learning new processes and skills
- Independent problem solver and high performing team player
- Able to adapt to evolving client demands
- Initiative to exceed beyond set expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Familiarity with Inspection Data Management Systems and CMMS, specifically Meridium (APM) and SAP
- Experience in Mining
- On-site customer experience

- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.68 - $24.28 per hour
