Responsibilities:
- Scanning and uploading documents into the company database.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the record the documents are uploaded to.
- Regularly updating and maintaining the database.
- Assisting the Compliance and/or Inventory departments with data management and organization.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Responding to inquiries and requests for information.
- Adhering to company guidelines and best practices for Data Entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay on track with tasks
- Experience with Data Entry or administrative work is preferred
