Data Entry Clerk - Intern

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and uploading documents into the company database.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the record the documents are uploaded to.
• Regularly updating and maintaining the database.
• Assisting the Compliance and/or Inventory departments with data management and organization.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information
• Responding to inquiries and requests for information.
• Adhering to company guidelines and best practices for Data Entry.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on track with tasks
• Experience with Data Entry or administrative work is preferred
