As a Cannabis Data Entry Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for our corporate office. Your primary responsibility will be to enter, update, and manage inventory data in our system. You will collaborate closely with various UI, to ensure that inventory information is current and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input product information, quantities, and details into the inventory database.
- Regularly update inventory records to reflect changes in stock levels, product additions, and removals.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and database records.
- Generate reports and summaries for management to facilitate decision-making.
- Help maintain data integrity by conducting routine data audits and validations.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive inventory and business information.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Data Entry and Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
