Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Flexible on hours as long as they are consistent with business hours
- Candidate will be fully remote after two weeks of onsite training
Summary
- Inspects enrollment documentation for vendors and employees for completeness and accuracy.
- Works with the Manager to collect missing or corrected documentation.
- Assist clients with completing paperwork and fingerprinting.
- Processes documentation so vendors and employees can set up to be paid.
- Problem solves- systematically, using sound business judgment.
- Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
- Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements.
- Seeks involvement in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated analytical skills.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year Data Entry
- Intermediate skills required- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills/Attention to Detail
- Ability to Multi-task
- Adaptable to quick priority changes
- Quick learner
- Experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) a plus
