```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and maintain data in our online sales portal. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be proficient in spelling, descriptive skills and photoshop or other web based tools. This is an administrative position that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to transcribe and type information accurately.
```Duties:```
- Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Maintain and update databases with new information
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Assist with creating reports and generating data summaries
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles
- Proficient in using computers and office software
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and order entry systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
