Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay: Starting at $37k with Bonus and overtime opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile data or documentation
• Enter information into databases or software programs
• Check data for recording errors
• Maintain operational records
• Operate office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, telephones, etc.
• Provide information to coworkers
• Select resources needed to accomplish tasks
• Store records or related materials
• Process information
• Document/record information
• Communicate with supervisors, peers, vendors and customers
• Obtain information
• Organize, plan, and prioritize work
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Possess strong organizational skills
• Must type quickly and efficiently
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Must be proficient in time management
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and related products a plus
