We are seeking:

A detail oriented full time Data Entry Associate who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, believes in hard work and having a great time with The Mint Julep Team, all while generating industry competitive results. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills with high accuracy and strives to exceed their own performance daily.

As the Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining Buying information and other essential data.

If you have:

• Extreme attention to details and accuracy
• Proven experience in Data Entry or administrative support role
• Excellent typing skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Google and Microsoft Office suites
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining information and other essential data
• This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, supporting efficient operations
• Enter and update information and other data accurately and efficiently
• Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information
• Assist with organizing and filing physical documents, records, and paperwork as needed
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate Data Entry tasks and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Provide support and assistance to team members and supervisors as needed
