Description
We are seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate to assist our corporate communications team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, and all within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.
Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate Data Entry.
Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

Team
Operations team, managing program that is expanding our brand into emerging countries
Team is managing origins operations for US exports program
Do all of the warehouse operations in Savannah, GA – packaging and prepping for transportation outside of US
Reason for Request
Getting ready to launch second phase of a project which will require the associate to be onsite and conduct audits of data entries that our non-employees are making
Typical Day in the Role:
Daily Schedule
First shift (start at 6:30am and day concludes around 2:30pm)
Associate will be given 2 15 min breaks and 30min lunch
No overtime for position
Associate will spend shift floating through receive stations and perform audit as associates are entering the country of origin for specific product types
Float around, conduct audits and make sure data points are being correctly inputted
Extension/Conversion
Possibility for extension, conversion is TBD

1+ years of related work experience
1+ years of experience with WMS and Excel or related work experience
Will be standing during the shift and need to have steel toed boots
Preferred Skills
Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Ability to coach and train associates for improved results
Have experience in working with large sets of data
Familiar with the major office tools, especially excel
Comfortable with working on different software
Stand Outs
If they have had experience in warehouse environment
If they have had experience working with any customs – specific country of origin
Top 3 must-have hard skills
Office applications – specifically Excel- Need to know pivot tables
Have ability to learn processes/systems
