JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collects and analyzes data for import into the SIS and identifies potential issues using a variety of tools including SQL/T-SQL/Access queries and Excel Lookups, Pivots, and other functions.
2. Performs data analysis and database adjustments for both new clients and production clients as needed.
3. Problem-solves, both independently and in team environments, to best resolve any data issues.
4. Confirms with all stakeholders before implementing data solutions.
5. Recognizes and escalates critical issues to management.
6. Communicates when additional resources are needed to handle the workload.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred – equivalent experience considered.

EXPERIENCE:
1. 2+ years of experience in a technical environment and data analysis experience desired.
2. Proficient in SQL - experience writing complex SQL queries preferred.
3. Extensive experience in examining, investigating, and solving dynamic problems.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
1. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Lookups, Pivots, and other functions preferred.
2. Ability to work well under pressure and in stressful situations.

Pay range for this role: $55,000-65,000
