Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and Impact The Data Conversion Analyst will be responsible to execute on master Data Conversion activities to support the Migration of the Cargill Animal Nutrition North America Business from Legacy ERP’s to SAP.   Key activities will including field mapping, data enrichment, data cleanse and defect resolution. In this role, you will apply your analytic skills to ensure business data requirements are met. You will partner closely with all business functions and corporate information technology function and data function.Key Accountabilities Ensure that assigned data objects are converted and loaded on time with high load rates during each data load cycle.Identify data and process opportunities through audits, metrics and trends to evaluate, re design and implement continuous improvements.Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.Partner with functional leaders to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.Execute master data setup and configuration in enterprise resources planning systems and other application solutions.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of related work experiencePreferred Qualifications Experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, KNIME, BODS).Advanced Excel SkillsWork experience across multiple lines of business within master data functionPrevious experience in ERP systemEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
