Work with server, server blade, storage array and data networking equipment to provide data wiping services in one of the largest Data Center campuses in the world for one of the largest internet companies in the world.
Engineer will be responsible for:
- using software wiping tools to wipe storage media
- collecting data to assure that equipment is accounted during wipe process
- MS excel and other data reporting tools
- operate magnetic deguasser for failed hard drives
- reset procedures for retired networking equipment
Team is made up of both seasoned, senior Data Center managers that are seeking to work in the field without managing people to highly motivated computer science / systems engineering graduates that want to hit the ground running. All are interested in working for a young innovative and growing company.
