●Provide remote and hands-on support based on clients requirements and support staff for 24/7 support of Data Center equipment
●Attend daily meetings with support staff to go over daily tasks, training and other duties
●Check all equipment weekly for alerts or other things that need to be addressed with client
●Keep inventory of all items in cabinets
●Install all hardware that arrives based on companies requirements and cable and test the hardware as required
●Replace drives, or other items that may need to be replaced
●Assist engineering on anything that needs to be addressed with tickets and follow up on tickets
●Working knowledge of Ticketing Systems and the ability to open, update and close tickets, and bringing customer problems to full resolution.
●Develop, validate, and maintain technical documentation daily
