Form of workCapgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a DMDC Support Office (DSO) Technical Operations Manager. The DSO Technical Operations Manager shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership during execution of engineering and service delivery.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skills, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of collaborators, and build CGS’ capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
As a DMDC Support Office (DSO) Technical Operations Manager you will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership during execution of engineering and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- Minimum Security Clearance – Secret
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Help Desk operations with heavy emphasis in customer service.
- 3 years’ experience in a role that demonstrates experience and knowledge in DoD benefits and personnel data processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problemsolving, verbal and written communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.
