Description:

The Data and Integration System Architect is a pivotal role responsible for steering the organization’s data management, governance practices, and strategic technology integrations. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including enhancing data integrity and accessibility, optimizing data utilization, integrating innovative technologies, conducting in-depth system analysis, and leading project and team management initiatives.

Requirements:

Data Management

  • Direct and enhance the organization’s data management and governance practices (GPDR / CCPA).
  • Ensure robust data integrity, source of truth, consistency, security, and accessibility across enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate across departments and business units to optimize data utilization and normalization.

Strategic Integrations

  • Identify and lead the integration of innovative technologies, systems, and data, enhancing business processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with digital solutions, technology, and executive teams in strategic planning and initiatives.
  • Lead the data evaluation and Integration of acquired firms as part of our Mergers and Acquisitions team.

System Analysis and Architecture

  • Conduct in-depth system analysis, evaluate technology gaps, and design or select innovative solutions / tools / processes to reduce friction, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in or lead the creation and maintenance of data performance metrics and institute a process for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to develop an architecture roadmap and deliver against the commitments.

Project and Team Management

  • Design and implement a standard software development framework to guide processes and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop and manage technical project plans and ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous innovation, learning, and improvement.
  • Manage external contractors, vendors, and partners for data integration projects.

Qualifications

  • BA in Computer Science or a related field or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in various data architecture domains.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as C# .NET, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Cloud architecture experience: AWS, GCP, Azure and other cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, building server-less applications.
  • Experience working with APIs from COTS applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
  • Experience with enterprise BI / data visualization solutions such as Power BI / Tableau.
  • Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including web services, SFTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, business process automation, and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, data warehousing, ODBC.
  • Experience establishing legacy modernization and migration roadmaps for large-scale applications.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and technical presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts effectively to a diverse array of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and nurturing high-performance teams.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach towards challenges and improvements.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Factors taken into consideration when determining actual compensation include, but are not limited to, education, experience, skill set, location, and business or organizational needs. In addition, this role will also be eligible for the company bonus pool. ALL4 offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits to eligible employees.
