Required clearance level: Active Secret Security Clearance or Above
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in using Data Analytics and Data Mining techniques and tools such as SQL, SAS, and Business Objects to analyze transactional data sets. Ability to contribute strategically by examining the data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to organize complex ideas for others to understand.
- Familiarity with Army financial, organization, and account code structures is a significant plus.
- Experience with US Army legacy accounting systems huge plus!
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the following systems: HQARS, DCAS, MOCAS, DTS, STANFINS, IATS, IPAC, DCPS, AND GFEBS
- Experience using the GFEBS BI tool to perform data pulls and perform research.
- Knowledge of the Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) with an emphasis on General Ledger Accounting Code (GLAC). The employee will need to be able to look at various accounting attributes and assign the correct GLACs.
- Ability to utilize SQL to query data, VBA to format and automate reports, and ACL to perform the reconciliations. Any type of automation or rule creation experience would be helpful.
- Knowledge of DDRS reporting system and a familiarity of their processes with emphasis on financial statement reporting.
- Familiarity with Tie Point reconciliations.
- Should be capable of creating documentation of processes including white papers and SOPs.
- Experience reconciling between large datasets.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
