The Data Analytics Manager will work with our internal impact and metrics team to ensure that all programs are topical, beneficial, impactful and deliver what we promise to our communities.
This full-time position will report to the Senior Director of Program Impact and will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the organization's programs, internally in terms of metrics and evaluation and externally for ensuring a positive experience to our community members. You will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data related to our programs and initiatives, providing valuable insights to inform strategy, measure impact, and secure funding.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data analysis plans and frameworks aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the collection, cleaning, and transformation of data from various sources (surveys, program databases, external datasets)
- Conduct exploratory and advanced data analysis using statistical methods and visualization tools.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations tailored to different audiences (internal stakeholders, funders, media)
- Identify key trends and insights from data, informing program development, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with program staff, leadership, and external partners to ensure data is effectively used to improve program effectiveness and outreach.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Data Analytics within the nonprofit sector.
- Contribute to data infrastructure development and improvement, including data quality control and automation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Social Science, or a related field
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Social Science, or a related field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Qualtrics survey platform
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for the social impact sector and commitment to bridging the digital divide.

Salary is one component of Compudopt’s total compensation package, which also includes:
