Data Analytics Coordinator

Bloom Ads is looking for an ambitious Data Analytics Coordinator to conduct research and provide actional insights derived from campaign performance for our clients. In this role, you'll be required to compile data on the media performance and report your findings to key agency stakeholders.

This position is a technical and analytical role and will assist in the day-to-day management of a wide range of projects from digital & traditional advertising coordination to systems set-up and management.  You will report directly to the Ad Ops Manager and will support the media and account teams.  

General Responsibilities:

 Update reports with campaign information and support presentation compilation 

  • Assist Media & Ad Ops teams in compiling post analytic data and post reports 
  • Manage advertising opportunity requests
  • Assist with TV/Digital/Radio/OOH/Print dashboard data collection and consolidation

Data & Analytics Responsibilities:

 Tracking performance of cross channel paid media campaigns

  • Access publisher and vendor dashboards to discover meaningful analytics based on performance
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Collaborate with media and accounts teams to review paid media efforts and determine strengths and weaknesses by channel, ad unit, platform, etc.
  • Monitor dashboards for optimal performance marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with media trends, advanced analytics and best practices as it pertains to reporting data

Qualifications:

 1 – 2 years marketing and advertising or related experience

  • Media planning and/or experience with media analytics a plus 
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, who takes initiative and has a positive demeanor, is an excellent collaborator and communicator
  • Strong team player, high level of attention to detail, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Must be able to communicate in an effective, concise, persuasive, articulate, and confident manner 
  • Teamwork – Must show an ability to understand the media strategy and marketing process and be able to work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by senior team members
  • College Degree Required – Emphasis in Marketing and/or Media Strategy a plus 
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Datorama a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google suite

Compensation Range: $45k - $60k/year Depending on Experience

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
