Data Analyst

Codex Tech-it is a leading technology company that specializes in software development solutions for businesses. We are currently hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve our clients' operations.

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data effectively
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings
• Experience in data cleansing, mining, and transformation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus
