ASRC Federal Vistronix is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Testing and Evaluation (T&E) platform. Our program supports the Defense Health Agency's mission to deploy industry-leading solutions by providing a full range of business, operational, and technical work streams for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems and the associated Program Management Offices.
The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining workflows and dashboards that improve our visibility of the testing platform’s output and adherence to standards.
The Data Analyst should exercise critical thinking skills that enable them to understand the reason they are doing the work requested of them and to then identify adjustments that may be made to the request to deliver a better outcome. They must also be able to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations. Our team is feedback oriented
Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Analyst Lead
- Support development of new data visualizations at the direction of Data Analyst Lead
- Maintain and improve existing data visualizations
- Critically analyze to ensure that data used in visualizations is accurate and represents the intended information
- Identify opportunities to use existing data to provide improved / new insights to the leadership team
- Identify strategies to automate work and increase efficiency leveraging approved tools (e.g., UIPath) for process improvement
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure service continuity
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting test and evaluation programs
- Strong experience with Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, across diverse systems and groups
- Ability to interface with DoD and Industry Leadership at Senior Levels
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and JIRA is preferred
- Familiarity with the Military Health System and a variety of the DHMS concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred
- US Citizenship with an Active Secret or Public Trust clearance strongly desired; will consider candidates that are US Citizens and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
