Position Overview: DigiKey's Data Science team is seeking a temporary analyst to support our team.
We are looking for a driven, inquisitive analyst to review, analyze, and create reports, primarily web analytics. To be successful in this role, you need to be interested in using data-driven insights to recommend direction on projects. You will also receive coaching on how to synthesize data and communicate effectively with different audiences.

• Perform secondary research and interview internal experts
• Assist in analysis of metrics, including website analytics
• Design PowerPoint slides to communicate actionable insights to project stakeholders
• Present insights to relevant stakeholders
• Support design of research studies to collect new insights

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing Analytics or other related field
• Must be detail orientated
• Continually striving to gather current knowledge and information relevant to business needs in order to achieve results
• Actively exchange ideas with others and build on their ideas to identify new solutions
• Able to work independently or collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience analyzing large datasets
• Experience with analysis of unstructured data, specifically open-text analysis
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exposure to Google Analytics or similar platforms
Physical Requirements:
• Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
• Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
