We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team – to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform data-driven decisions across our brands. We are the team unifying data across all of our brands through next-gen tech, powering the customer journey, and delivering the analytical products that fuel our business.
The ideal candidate is observant, analytical, and objective in immersing themselves in the breadth and depth of our business. They are confident to analyze data and drive decisions; with a keen focus for details, targeting patterns and owning the teammate experiences.
In this role, you will drive data decision-making opportunities across our business by engaging in constant consultation with business partners in support of their data and analytic needs. You will be expected to use your analytical skills to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on data and present your findings to various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing data models and designing dashboards to visualize data.
In addition, you will contribute to our team’s roadmap by defining requirements across our brands for analytical products, including data models and visualizations, and ensure we are driving great teammate engagement and business outcomes. You will also contribute to our data team’s internal process improvements as we continue to grow and scale with our brands.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions; interpret and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive teammate engagement in our data and analytic tools; serve as a data team ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to our data products
- Define key metrics; establish a standard language for data across the brands
- Establish great trust in data and analytics through comprehensive analysis; continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Enhance our understanding of our consumers across our brands through testing and research; drive automation & personalization experiences based on these data and learnings
Requirements
- A degree in mathematics, statistics, or similar or equivalent real-world experience
- 3+ years of data analysis and analytics experience for Ecommerce, Retail or similar industries
- Experience working in agile scrum teams across multiple work streams is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience with modern data and analytics tools as well as SQL and Python languages
- Enjoyment in working with emerging technologies
- Experience in consumer, marketing, retail, and/or ecommerce analytics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with large volumes of data including structured and semi-structured data
