What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?
- Collaborate with business units, collecting and providing analytical data, producing timely, accurate data driven reports as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of data, including routine examination to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain and enhance data warehouse and data integration initiatives.
- Develop and implement standard quality controls and operational procedures.
- Track report requests and prioritization needs.
- Serve as subject matter expert with applicable third-party vendors to implement and enhance data integration functionality.
- Maintain a strong understanding of bank software applications including in Fiserv Navigator, Business Analytics, Cash Suites, Weiland, and Laserpro.
- Bring any suspicious activity to the attention of a supervisor, or the Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
- Follow all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Understanding of and compliance with regulatory guidelines including but not limited to BSA, GLBA, etc. as the regulations pertain to the employee's job function.

- Associate's Degree
- Three to five years' related experience in operational or analytical role within the financial industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced experience with Excel, SQL or other databases.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and knowledge to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical associates, data users, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Able to work closely with subject matter experts (SME) and leadership across the organization as well as external vendors.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction from supervisor, as well as part of a team.
