Data AnalystData Systems (Remote)
We are seeking a Data Analyst for our client, a state of Tennessee entity. In this role, you will identify user needs to create new databases for internal data processing and analysis. Interpret, merge, and analyse various raw data to identify patterns and trends.
This contract position is an 11-month contract to start with funding approved until 12/31/2024. Further extensions are likely, 37.5 hour per week role. This is a remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and ensure the accuracy and security of data input.
- Compile and organize data into reports and visual representations for review.
- Collaborate with the support team to communicate analytic findings and provide regular data-driven feedback regarding specific trends and deficits.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant database applications.
- Knowledge of current applications for processing data and generating data reports.
- Experience with the analysis and processing of data used to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of applications, methods, and tools for developing databases.
- Organization: strong ability to track data and maintain project management systems.
- Detail-oriented: meticulous attention to detail in managing both the larger and smaller details of coordinating work.
- Anticipates and adjusts for roadblocks, measures performance against goals, and evaluates results to implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.

Compensation: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
