Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company? If so, our client is hiring a Data Analyst!
What You'll Do:

• Support various departments with all aspects of data analysis.
• Data analysis and validation requested by this group
• Build spreadsheets to display data collected to support various team projects
• Create SQL queries and MS Access queries as needed to perform analysis
• Collect, collate and analyze results of surveys and interviews
• Prepare, author, review and/or organize team documentation
• Client Contact/outreach / Calls, emails
• CRM data entry/maintenance
• Report creation & monitoring of the reports to track internal tasks/targets.
• Dashboard modifications for dealer targets & monitoring to advise Sales Team/RGMs if key dealers need assistance in reaching their KPIs.
• Weekly data uploads into the CRM System, Salesforce, across multiple topics.
• Live data monitoring & lead follow-up from Private Office NYC.
• Launch event invitation RSVPs & attendee follow-up; both outbound & in-bound email/live call support
• Order Validation for Preorders.
• “Voice of Customer” surveys - including Welcome & Owner Calls.
• Adhoc projects, report & presentations assistance when needed

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 to 5 Years Exprience required in CRM and data modelling.
• High School Diploma or College student or Degree is required.
• Teamwork, Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Active Listening, Organization skills.
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Must have:
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Computer Literate
• Preferred knowledge / experience:
  • Salesforce
  • Advance Excel
  • Automotive
