Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers to the STARS platform.
- Operational coordination of STARS client activation/set-up.
- Liaison with IT and track activities (highlight priorities to IT, remove roadblocks, etc).
- Manage inbound and outbound data exchange process as it pertains to.
- EDI, sales, and inventory data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any missing incoming data.
- Conduct customer s performance analysis together with planners.
- Interact with Account Managers and customers to define and monitor data flow.
- Monitor order generation (SAP systems) and ensure seamless order creation.
- Data alignment ensure inbound data flow are accurate with stock alignments and audits.
- Elaborate reporting on data related metrics.
- Set up/maintain new and existing accounts in SAP.
- Streamline existing and new processes.
- Projects to be assigned based on business needs and priority.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Informatics or Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of previous experience.
- Excellent ability to identify business issues and ability to cut through complexity.
- Superior analytical and project management skills.
- Understand Process flows and can predict potential issues.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel and SQL preferred.
