Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and utilize SQL queries to extract data from multiple internal sources that will support the work of the Revenue Realization Team on an Ad Hoc basis.
- Develop Excel data tracking and information spreadsheets for individual projects that allow input from the Revenue Realization Team.
- Generate documents and mass uploads to update pricing based on findings by the Revenue Realization team to collect entitled revenues.
- Produce reports and track the process of Revenue Support Reps' efforts to recover entitled revenues.
- Communicate with internal and external customers, professional organizations, and others to stay informed of industry or business trends.
- Manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
- Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Self-educate on other internal data sources as they are introduced within the company, allowing the Revenue Realization Team to expand their reach on projects and collect additional entitled revenues in an accelerated manner.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned by Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in building SQL queries, data mining, and managing/prioritizing data-driven projects.
- Experience working within Finance, Billing, and Pricing teams is highly preferred.
- Proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, and Monarch is highly preferred.
- Adaptable team player willing to expand technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant field.
