While this role works primarily in Salesforce, other software systems and data types may become a part of this role’s preview. This role reviews, reformats and documents historical transactions, data sets while also processing incoming monthly updates and new client information.
Responsibilities
- Collects and digitizes various types of data, including client information, requests, timeline data and project details;
- Maintains a detailed and organized storage system for accurate data entries;
- Records and organizes hard copy data, such as invoices and client documents;
- Improves data quality by updating filing systems and establishing data entry standards;
- Collaborates with administrative and sales staff to address data inconsistencies and locate missing data;
- Addresses data queries and reports major errors to management;
- Participates in large projects including date relocation and bridge requests;
- Adheres to best data management practices to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- One year of experience as a data entry specialist preferred;
- One year of experienced in a team or collaborative environment;
- Proven experience identifying problems and recommending solutions;
- Proven experience with time management and prioritization;
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite or similar.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer;
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary Range: Non-Exempt, $18.00-$20.00 per hour
