Crew Member Job Description

Duties:
- Bussing and cleaning tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Sanitizing surfaces and equipment in the kitchen to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assisting with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them into the system
- Handling cash transactions and providing accurate change to customers
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
