Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner. - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. - Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and freshness of the food. - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Promote sales by upselling menu items and offering special promotions. Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions. - Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. - Ability to handle food safely, following proper hygiene practices. - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
