Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during shift hours
- Oversee food production and ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Train new employees on food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
- Experience in quick service shift lead management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
