Job description

Performs all technical and clerical functions in the cytology section according to established operating procedures. Accurately screens cytologic smears received from various sections of the Hospital to eliminate false negative cases. Successfully participates in mandatory proficiency testing. Complies with maximum workload regulations. Insures accurate patient identification.
Education
Other : Graduate from an accredited cytology program (Required)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
1 Year experience as a Cytotechnologist (Preferred)
License/Certifications
ASCP - Amer Soc Clinical Pathology (Preferred)
