HIGHLIGHTS:
Hourly Rate: $19.29/hr (estimate- final pay determined based upon experience)
Shift:Monday - Friday; 830am-5pm
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
The Cycle Counter position at Woods Equipment involves ensuring safety protocols, investigating and addressing safety concerns in inventory, maintaining quality by identifying and rectifying inventory errors, and effectively communicating with team members. Additionally, responsibilities include documenting inventory counts, coordinating with department personnel, generating reports, and assisting in other warehouse tasks as needed.

THE DETAILS
Following all safety procedures
Identifying and reconciling all inventory errors
Performing cycle count
Communicating with department personnel and leadership
Generating weekly count reports
Assisting shipping and receiving as necessary
Attending team meetings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year experience in very similar work environment
Experience using computer systems to enter data or process information.
Experience entering, transcribing, recording, storing or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
Experience communicating with supervisors, peers, subordinates to provide information by telephone, in written form, email or in person
Experience with identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities and detecting changes (i.e. sorting, stocking, organizing goods, etc)
Demonstrated dependability, attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision.
Demonstrated ability to learn to develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ability to become proficient in SAP transactions necessary to maintain inventory accuracy.
