Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday, Overtime and Weekends
Outcome: The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts to ensure that all materials are properly accounted for, comparing the inventory-to-inventory logs and documents.
The Cycle Counter will perform other duties relating to inventory, such as managing orders and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing from the warehouse.
Job Expectations:
1. Monitor and control inventory practices to ensure accuracy.
2. Maintain product identification and location programs.
3. Research inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
4. Count physical inventory routinely.
5. Carefully and safely operate sit down and stand-up forklift as well as electric pallet jack.
6. Perform audits and writing receipts of inventory.
7. Track and report on discrepancies.
8. Develop solutions for inventory issues.
9. Inspect products and keep a record of damaged goods.
10. Manage deliveries and check product against logs.
11. Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
12. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
13. Follow GMP’s and PPE requirements.
14. Assist with other inventory and warehouse projects as needed and as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
2. Mathematical abilities and knowledge, specifically about statistics.
3. Strategic skills, ability to analyze patterns, make predictions and plan accordingly.
4. Knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
5. Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
6. Strong multi-tasking skills with high level of attention to detail.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving techniques.
9. Effective verbal and written communication.
Physical Demands:
1. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
2. Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, grasp or touch objects and tools.
3. Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, bending, and reaching.
4. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
