Task Order Title. Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) Engineering/Program Management Office (PMO) Support
Background. JWCC is a contract vehicle designed to solve how the Department of Defense (DoD) can leverage commercial cloud capabilities within the DoD environment cloud capabilities directly with:
- Amazon
- Microsoft
- Oracle.
JWCC requires unique skill sets across the cyber and engineering environments to coordinate and deliver cloud to the DoD mission partner.
- Engineering engagement
- Triage of mission partner needs
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) coordination.
- Joint use/co-use Top Secret Information Technology systems
- Space with the Intelligence Community (IC)
- DoD Provisional Authorization (PA) coordination
- Log evaluation.net.
Scope. The JWCC requires facilitation and evaluation of Cloud Service Offerings (CSO) capabilities to align with DoD governance to include advice on utilization of the JWCC contract and how it aligns to commercial trends and practices. Engineering support will entail advice on designing cloud infrastructure capable of supporting several applications in the cloud with an emphasis on scalability, automation, performance and availability collaboration tools and services. Cyber support will entail review of certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation, performance of system installation, configuration maintenance, account maintenance, signature maintenance, patch management, and systems troubleshooting. The scope of JWCC also includes user experience development to ensure contract capability information is available to our mission partners. User Experience is done through a variety of Government directed platforms to include Salesforce.
Performance Requirements.
- Attend and responsive in chat, email, and other collaboration tools (including Cisco Jabber, Global Video Service, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook).
- Adhere to a 30-minute response window when not in meetings or performing assigned tasks which prohibit Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network; Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) workstation access.
- Provide in-depth on-the-job training for the DISA JWCC PMO workforce.

- Provide on-call support for DISA JWCC PMO assistance (On-call support estimated to occur approximately 130 hours per month).
Cybersecurity Service Delivery – Cybersecurity Professional Level 2
- Evaluate CSP provided documentation and make recommendations to the government on acceptability of technical artifacts.
- Interact with CSPs on a weekly basis to discuss CSO accreditation requirements and status.
- Review C&A documentation, providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content.
- Perform system installation, configuration maintenance, account maintenance, signature maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting of operational IA and Computer Network Defense systems.
- Help facilitate and prioritize interactions between CSPs and Government entities to prioritize the review of authorization packages. System access includes NIPRNet and SIPRNet networks.
