Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience integrating security into DevOps practices
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing tools and methodologies for CI/CD and automated security testing
  • 5+ years of experience with public Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), and knowledge implementing security solutions within cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, practices, technologies and frameworks
  • Ability to read and understand various coding languages
  • Ability to script automation tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Federal environment with Federal regulations
  • AWS Security and DevOps Specialty Certifications
  • Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
  • CISSP
  • CEH
  • OSCP

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $142,200 - $ $192,000

As a Full-time RVCM employee, you can also expect these additional benefits:

  • Fully remote work within the U.S.
  • Exemplary Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage

  • Group Term Life Insurance auto-enrollment (for employees who participate in health insurance coverage with RVCM)
  • 401(k) with company matching after 1 year of service. Accounts are 100% vested immediately
  • 15 days of PTO for new hires. PTO increases by 1 day for every year of service up to a max of 25 days
  • 11 Paid Holidays
  • Fully Paid Holiday Break (Last week of the calendar year)
  • A company-provided laptop plus a $1,000 Home Office Bonus upon hire; $500 per year thereafter to purchase additional equipment to improve productivity at home.
  • Paid parental leave for the care of a newborn or adopted child is compensated at 100% of the employee's regular, straight-time weekly pay.

  • Dependent Care FSA (Flexible Spending Account) for eligible dependent care expenses
