The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and auditing of the Company's InfoSec Program which includes on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual/unauthorized/illegal activity via SIEM and other dashboards
• Monitor and respond to Phishing inquiries and Pharming activities
• Investigate alerts and provide incident response & documentation for reporting back to team and/or management
• Keep current on security standards, certifications, and technology & industry developments
• Research/evaluate emerging Cybersecurity threats and methods to mitigate and manage
• Understand and evaluate security threats and impact on organization
• Identify potential weaknesses and implement measures, such as firewalls and encryption
• Test and evaluate security products
• Support management in maintaining Cybersecurity oversight of designated networks
• Identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities & threats
• Adhere to security policies for compliance and audit requirements
• Maintain Endpoint security, Data Loss Prevention, IDS, and IPS systems
• Test and administer patch rollout to all endpoints
• Develop and perform ad hoc or scheduled IT Risk Assessment
• Provide solutions to secure Attack Vectors within the Enterprise
• Maintain documentation of security implementations for the organization
• Maintain an organization-wide security awareness program

Qualifications:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills along with solid interpersonal skills
• Analytical nature which enjoys evaluating data, systems, & networks
• Must be able to translate current defenses and threats into risk
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving & logical analysis skills, as well as extensive experience with technologies in the following areas:

• Systems & Networking
• Antivirus, Antispam, Web Access Control, and Firewall Management
• Packet Sniffers & Analyzers
• Intrusion Detection & Intrusion Prevention
• Encryption
• Risk Assessment
• Vulnerability Management & Mitigation
• Cyber Forensic tools

• Detailed oriented mindset able to differentiate minor anomalies from major incidents
• Previous experience with SIEM, EDR, & endpoint management solutions
• Must be able to anticipate information security risks and implement new methods to protect the organization's systems and networks
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
