Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for ongoing analysis of security threats and vulnerabilities. Experienced in performing security business application and compliance reviews, risk analysis, and penetration testing.
- Identify options for mitigating security-related risks and assist in evaluating these options
- Manage cybersecurity risks through risk assessment
- Define security standards & incident response plans to detect, respond and recover from security incidents using a risk-based methodology
- Collect data from multiple sources and recommend cybersecurity risk mitigation approaches as well as provide detailed analysis of emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Identifying and blocking threats through development of security controls.
- Conduct threat modeling to identify security risks
- Lead, conduct and maintain security risk assessments, identify security vulnerabilities, develop recommendations, document findings and remediation plans
- Develop and document security policies and procedures, training, and awareness
- Design secure architectures at the system and implementation levels
- Support security activities in communications with regulatory bodies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product cybersecurity or related field
- Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices
- Experience with Threat Modeling, Security Risk Assessments, Penetration Testing, and SBOM Publishing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $68,408.11 - $148,297.94 per year
